A mix of swimming and land based exercises on the beach. A great way to start your Sunday morning.

This week has seen the first of our two Summer Camps take place at Sandhill View Academy! Over the three days, children spent four hours in the Swimming pool and four hours in the gym. All of the children learned athletic skills on land, and developed their swimming skills within the pool. On the final day, we held a nutrition workshop where all children learnt the importance of eating healthily, and they had the opportunity to make their own fruit salads!
